Interview consisted of written test for a duration of 2 hours. The test examined ones grammar, composition and writing skills along with some creative thinking. The applicant has to clear the written in order to appear for the F2F interview. If he/she clears, it's as if most of the battle is won. :)

The interview process is Standard, what you would or can expect from any job role that requires skill-sets related to communication, written and verbal. The second step, after a preliminary set of solving questions related to grammar and edits, can be based on aptitude or analytics. The third round is most probably a personal interview with the operations manager.
