Interview
I applied directly on their online website, submitted video resume. Simple easy process. They called me for faceto face interview.
They also offered us lunch and snacks - which company does that?
There were many other candidates competing for the same profile, but i was able to convince them the value I would bring to the company.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ideamagix (Thāne) in Mar 2023
Interview
Asked to create a website - 2 times. One as an Assignment. Then another website in office - Full website from start to end. After which they said that you dont know how to do it properly. Said that your projects are mid and hence we can only provide you an internship with 6000 Rs per month.
