inSync Staffing interview questions

Dominique R. called me and she was very professional and proactive in her interest in my resume. She had just gotten off the phone with one of her clients for a role, and called me immediately after and sure enough it was a perfect fit with my resume. Dominique kept me informed throughout the process of setting up the virtual interview for the remote role, answered all of my questions immediately and in detail. I have been contacted by a lot of staffing agencies over the years, but Dominique at inSync was the most relevant and pleasant recruiter I have experienced. Thanks Dominique for reaching out! I ended up accepting a different role elsewhere one day before my scheduled interview for the role she had, but it was still an incredibly good opportunity with that company. I felt bad for cancelling at the last second, but the job I accepted elsewhere was my #1 option at the time - otherwise #1 would've been the role Dominque had in mind for me.

It was so simple and so fast with the slots available it was over before I knew it. I had such a great time working along side the recruiter Becca Kamarad. She really made the entire process personal and unique to me.
