I applied through Internet. First interview was through video chat, simple behavioural interview. The second step was business case. The third interview was supposed to be the meeting with the team, but I didn't make it to that level which I was explained by my lacking Sales skills. I honestly did not expect that Community Intern position will have to be a selling position, because it is not what I plan to work with, especially considering that part of a case was about cold sales. It was probably because of unclear position description.
