I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ion Search (Liverpool, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
Involves 4 part process. Initially you will have a call with the internal recruitment team at first to assess your suitability. Next you will have a call with the founder and from there you will be invited onsite where you have to do a presentation on yourself and meet with internal recruiters and managers of the various teams. In the final part you have to do client research and do a presentation on these clients and from there you will be told if you have been successful with the process.

Interview
The process is very fast paced but reflects the business as a whole so it sets you up nicely! They encourage you to learn about the company and industry so you feel prepared for the role. It also allows them to get to know you before you start. It requires effort and is the longest interview process I’ve been in but it’s also been the most prepared for a role I have been!
