Very slick and respectful. I ultimately didn't get the job but I appreciated that they spoke to me like I'm a human being and not another expendable job applicant. They contacted me via a phone call from Italy when I was shortlisted, which was surprising but nice. I'm not used to companies doing phone calls anymore. In my test assignment, they let me redo the first task to give me a fair chance.
