The process was very smooth, professional and pleasant. I have enjoyed it a lot and also learnt a lot from it After first discussion with Letgo’s tech recruiter, I quickly received a calendar with proposed time slots for tech assessment. The assessment is well designed and challenging. Afterwards, I had a discussion with a member from the team about my test. Within a week, I was invited to go to the office for the next round of interviews with the whole team. Then the final round was scheduled in around a week to meet the director and CTO. The planning and scheduling of the whole process was really efficient and painless, which gave me a good impression of the company. And the interviews were very professional and transparent. I had a much better understanding of the way of working, the culture, the teams and the expectations. 👍
