lifesmart interview questions

Several emails exchanged between myself and one of the owners asking when was a good time to call followed by excuses as to why she did not call. When she finally did call the conversation was very informal at one point she hung up stating she had to call me back due to her husband blaring music in the background. Very erratic and unproffessional conversation. Strangest interview I've had so far. At the end of the end I was told if someone from the office had not called me back by the next afternoon to email her and she would make sure I got the call. I did just that and was told they filled the position. When I questioned had ALL the positions been filled from the previous evening I was told they had been working with temps for two days and decided to hire them. Owner seemingly unaware of whats going on?
