Interview
The process was over a month long with several rounds of interviewing with various levels of the team, this included meeting someone from HR, and a VP. They also requested I complete a Writing Assessment and take a personality test (Rembrandt).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There was a heavy focus on why Language Strategy is important to you and what skills you have to utilize it.
I was considered for the role 2 months after my initial application (starting from initial application, the process took 3 months). There was a 30-minute phone screening with HR, which went very well. They were highly communicative and kept me in the loop throughout the process which is sadly rare in the current job market. After that, I completed a take-home written exercise, followed by an interview with an SVP. The interview with the SVP was a bit over an hour. Overall, the interviews went well, but they ultimately decided to move forward with other candidates. However, the job has been posted for 4 months now, and they still haven’t hired anyone. This makes me think these are ghost listings, as they don’t seem to have the intention of actually hiring right now.

Question 1
Is there a recent campaign or ad you've seen that you think effectively used language strategy? Now the opposite: is there a campaign you’ve seen that ineffectively used language strategy?

Interview
It was a three part interview process plus a written assignment to measure your analytical and writing skills. The final round consists of a fast-paced interview where it’s less about your qualifications and more about grilling you and trying to very obviously read your body language. Seemed to get pleasure out of it which I thought was strange.
