The company approached me on LinkedIn, but ghosted me after multiple rounds which had all seemed to go well. I don't know if this was deliberate or because of disorganisation. Made it awkward when recruitment firms kept getting in touch to pitch me the role weeks later, and a shame as it felt like a good fit. Not sure I would apply here again based on this experience.
