Just now saw the same job opening that i have applied for again on LinkedIn jobs. There will be many ones like me appling and been interviewed on the same way , so please consider this. Before we apply the job we go through the job discription to understand the role and check whether it will match our knowledge. In the job discription you have asked for a some knowledge in all that there are things all the testers do on regular basis. But when it comes to the interview there was not a single question asked to me regarding the things mentioned on job description , I was asked about other things which are not mentioned on your job requirements like json scripting, SQL scripting, and even made me do a java Program. And even asked me how many petrol pumps are in India ? . With all due respect I have answered everything even I wrote the Java program with all the modification he asked for and showed him the values that are coming while parsing them. The interview was more than a hour . My suggestion is like please mention in job description about required technical knowledge as Json scripting, java programming, SQL etc so that the person with corresponding knowledge will be only applying and also please let the interviewer know the job requirements mentioned on the sites
