I was interviewed by three people. It was a very casual interview. They didn't really ask your typical 'why do you want to work for us' questions. We spent the whole half hour talking about books, TV and theatre. I would say the most important thing is to have a strong interest in these. They will know pretty quickly if you are a phony.They also pick a lot of the questions based on what you've put on your CV. I didn't get the internship. They didn't send a rejection email but I never heard back from them.
