Three rounds: Pre Screen with Recruiter. Interview with 2 people for 45 minutes. Panel Interview, 3 people total, 30 minutes per person. Ultimately, it felt average in difficulty. The 2nd round was much harder in my opinion as they asked a lot of hypothetical questions to get an idea of what you'd do as a manager in the future. This may have been more difficult for me as I have never managed more than 5 people in a team while they were asking in terms of 20+. A lot of "tell me about a time" but also a good chunk of time is spent talking about things that are on your resume. Everyone who I talked to was really friendly and intelligent too which helped calm my nerves.

Conducted an initial phone interview and then was denied three days later. Prompt response and phone interview went well. Interviewer answered my questions about the company due to the newness of it.
