ncsplus interview questions

I received a 'Skill Matrix' per email to fill in with my skills. Then I had a phone call with the CEO. This company is a GmbH but I could barely find any information online about their employees at all. They claim to have flat hierarchies, great teams but the CEO could not tell me where I would be working until I sign the contract. I have to be prepared to travel to different companies at moment notice. It is too vague. The office is not in Berlin and I probably will never see it unless I travel to Brandenburg. The pay is very low and I had no technical interview before the offer. I would be very careful before accepting anything.
