nonda interview questions

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews from the candidates, for a startup like noNDA- I totally got it when I myself was selected for the interview. I don't think they are interviewing for the sake of hiring but they are using this hoax interview process for eliciting feedback from candidates -so they can utilize the ideas internally. I found the process as complete fraud. Thanks to Glassdoor reviews, I had already gotten some hint.

Was asked to complete a 2 hour case study in the first step of the interview. I accomplished that and was asked to come onsite for a in-person interview. This was probably one of the most unprofessional, amateur interviews I have ever participated in. I was interviewed onsite and the individual did not seem to be prepared for the interview at all, and seemed to be skimming my resume on the spot. The questions that were asked of seemed to be made up on the spot and did not seem relevant for the position. Overall this was a very amateur, inexperienced individual conducting the interview and that speaks plenty of the actual company. I should have taken note of all of the typos, errors in the email correspondences I had with them throughout the process as to what type of interview I would have. I do not recommend any professional to waste their time with this company.
