Interview
Phone interview after submitting resume online. Introduce the job requirements first and then asked about the basic semiconductor and circuit questions. Most of them about MOS and BJT. Focused on the electro-luminescence and photo-luminescence. Also asked about the techniques listed in the job requirement.

Interview
The interview process took about an hour and was divided into three stages. The first stage was a handwritten technical exam, followed by an interview with a staff engineer, and finally a discussion with the manager. The overall atmosphere was quite relaxed, but the focus was entirely on technical questions related to electronics. It wasn’t really about personality or cultural fit.

A lot of trainings. Okay for entry level. Medicines reimbursement and meal allowance. With transportation as of the moment. Good to start when planning working abroad. Promotion is too slow .
