I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at onsemi (Rožnov, South Bohemian Region) in Feb 2024
Interview
the first part of the interview took place with HR. This part was enjoyable. The company would be presented in a nutshell. The second part of the interview took place with the management of the laboratory. This part took an hour and a half. During this part, I had the feeling that I was passing the state final exam in chemistry. They were interested in my knowledge of electrical engineering.
It was outlined to me that in this position a person can spend up to 12 hours a day at work.
