I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at payever (Brasília, Federal District) in Apr 2023
Interview
A entrevista como um todo teve como duração uns 20 minutos, pois foi apenas uma breve apresentação da empresa e a minha também. Eu me senti bastante confortável com a entrevista como um todo e foi tirado todas as minhas dúvidas sobre todo o processo.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at payever (Hamburg) in Jun 2023
Interview
In general terms, the interview has been very good, I have been specified all the information about the position that I am applying for. The interviewer wanted to know about my professional career and my studies, as well as the salary I would like to have.

Would you have any inconvenience to move to Hamburg?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at payever
Interview
I was contacted on LinkedIn twice by different contacs with generic sales pitch offers at payever. After I asked specific questions - to both of them - I just received another generic message like "just apply here". As the application itself just included my CV I thought why not. After I uploaded my CV I received an e-mail from another contact telling me to upload my documents in another HR tool. Okay. So I did that.
After that I received another mail from again another contact (so i haven't really spoken to anyone but already had 4 contacts) telling me thta payever is interested and would like to invite me for an interview after I prepared an case study and sent it back. I like tests and assessement during the hiring process as it provides insights about the companies topics, methods, tool, thinking and what not. So I was curious.
But basically the case study consists of tasksthat smell fishy as hell regarding grabing ideas from applicants about current product development at payever. After I checked the portfolio, the tasks literally asked for a competitor analysis, product design, project proposal, process design and details (like UMLs and UIs) for a specific product of payever. That is insane - for a qualified response you need two days of work minimum. The complete hiring process felt unprofessional to this point but now it turned shady.
I politely rejected.
After sorting out the obviously fake positive reviews at glassdoor - this hiring projcess amplified what already had been mentioned. My advice is to not apply.
