The hiring manager was very polite, peasant and to the point. The process itself went very quickly. They shared a lot of information about the company, which helped to stay motivated.

Phone call with a recruiter, where we went over my background and it was decided to schedule me an interview with Vp product On Zoom. The Video interview started five minutes late (no apologies), the interviewer did not say a word about the company or the job offered, and simply asked me to start telling about myself. It was clear she was not ready for the interview and had no idea who I was. After a few short minutes, it became clear to me that in her opinion I was not suitable for the job. Her words were the she was looking for someone who "ran a real product" (a little insulting). At the end of the interview I wished her success in finding the right candidate and she told me that she hoped it would be a female candidate (illegal gender discrimination), so the odds were not in my favor from the beginning. A very strange and negative experience. Glad it didn’t go anywhere. Too bad they have wasted my time.
