Disrespectful, with no regard for your personal time. Interview didn't even happen as I received an email 1 day BEFORE my interview advising my application had been rejected, despite having made arrangements to attend. Would absolutely avoid working for a poor company like this, considering how they treat you before you are even employed, I can only imagine how poor the working environment is.
