I interviewed at rtCamp in May 2024

      Interview

I recently applied for a Software Engineer Trainee position at rtCamp through an on-campus placement drive. Yesterday, I received an email notifying me that I had been shortlisted, and my interview was scheduled for today, exactly 12 days after I applied. The interview began with a lobby where there were 40 other candidates. The HR started by taking introductions and then assigned the candidate to a breakout room for the technical interview. After my introduction, I was moved to another room for a 1:1 technical interview. The Interviewer was very friendly. He explained that there would be negative markings for wrong answers and encouraged me to skip questions if I was unsure.
