Interview
There were several interviews. Some on the phone and some in Mannheim. Over all the whole process was a bit long. I talked to many different people. It was not always clear who is who. The atmosphere was friendly.
As usal: Questions about my former job.
Some simple live programing in Java.
Also some more sophisticated questions about internals of Java.
Did a small presentation about a topic I could choose to see if I am able to explain things.
Also English ist tested as the company is very international.

Moderate , dig up basics and technical skills. Total would be 3 rounds of interview, first round based on theory, second round for Technical and 3rd round would be HR discussion.

It was a average to difficult. There were 4 rounds includes. Preety basic questions on ABAP and projects tht you have worked with. Over all nice had there is no micro management.
