What do you know about the company? What are your career goals? Behavioral Questions: These assess how you've handled situations in the past using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Example: "Tell me about a time you worked under pressure." Work Preferences: Questions about your preferred work environment, work-life balance expectations, and salary expectations. Q&A: Opportunity for you to ask questions about the company, team, or position. Closing: The HR representative explains the next steps and timelines.
