I applied through college or university. I interviewed at srcLogic
Interview
Four rounds of interviewing (phone screen, behavioral, technical, then one with one of the founders). The interviews themselves are easy and repetitive, but expect to see some red flags with the founder interview. I found them to be very condescending and uninterested.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The technical interview will require you to make a process map.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at srcLogic (Vienna, VA) in Mar 2024
Interview
Had a brief phone call with a recruiter to learn more about the company, specifically the Pega system they use, and was asked some questions about my experience working on teams and such. Received the invite for the next round interview shortly after, that interview was a 30 minute behavioral where I mostly talked about some of the experiences on my resume and answered some STAR questions. Then, there was a 30 minute technical interview, these are more brain teaser/logic type questions rather than coding technical interviews. Was invited for the final round interview in their Vienna office but I turned it down due to accepting a different job offer. Overall, easy interview process and extremely kind interviewers.
There was an initial 15 minute phone interview for screening. The first proper interview was divided into two halves. The first half involved solving small logic problems. The second half involved questions assessing your general aptitude and fit for the position.
