Interview
The team is small so HR wasn't involved at all. The hiring manager reached out to me directly to schedule the interview. After the first round I did an interview with a second member of the team. I got the impression that the manager had already selected me since the second interview was mostly just to ensure cultural fit rather than ask any real interview questions.

Most of the interview the hiring manager was trying to sell me on why to work for sticky.io, there were only 3-5 generic interview questions and none were difficult. What attracted you to this role? What do you know about sticky.io?
