The process was done through HR first screening followed by Manager interview. Then I have the chance to talk with some people that were currently on the roll I was applying for.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at tesa (Sparta, MI)
Interview
There was a phone interview, then a caliper personality test that I took online, and then two in-person interviews. The caliper test was very involved and it was really frustrating that I had to take it in order to be considered. The two interviews were within 2 weeks of each other, but I was surprised that I had to come in for a second one after a phone interview and a caliper test.
