Interview
It is a ypical interview process, same as every other company these days... Recruiter screening, followed by a leetcode style puzzle and a system's design done back to back. They expect you to cover all the edge cases.

Interview
Recruiter reached out and had a 30 min video call with HR first. HR asked a few questions on my background and what I'm looking for in the next role. Next step is 2 rounds of technical interview: 1 hr live-coding and 1 hr system design. You are asked to share your screen during the technical rounds. Interviewers were professional and friendly throughout the interviews. HR was quick to respond back and provided feedback upon rejection.

I had a screening call with HR.
I was surprised to learn that despite the job posting saying "Remote" the position was actually hybrid, with the recruiter noting that there may be a requirement to work at the office in the future.
I was also surprised and disappointed to learn that there is an expectation to work on a 24/7 on call schedule for 2 weeks every 4-6 weeks without additional compensation.

Interview
Applied on LinkedIn, had a referral from a friend who works at the company. First call was 30 minute HR screening, then back to back technical interviews: 1 hour React challenge and 1 hour system design. Followed by a 1 hour Know Your Candidate meeting with Engineering Manager and Staff Software Engineer. Next day scheduled offer call. Whole process was very quick!
