Zoom group interview, followed by a one to one interview with one of the upreach team, and a written task on google docs that happened while you were on Zoom.

The interview was part of the online assessment centre and lasted around 20-30 minutes. It was all held online via Zoom. It was a structured interview so everyone was asked the same question and was a mixture of motivational and situational questions.
