      Design Engineer Interview

      Oct 14, 2009
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at w2 energy in Jun 2009

      Interview

Since this was a small company, the interview process was quite intimate. I quickly met the head mechanic on the project and he showed me the technology they have been working on. In fact, I was taken over to a local hangar to play with their prototype. After meeting with the mechanic, I met with the CEO and talked with him about my experience at UCSB and projects I have already been a part of.
