The Interview Process was very intentional. The co-owners, Adam and Amelia are great people who really want to get to know you as a person. They asked about why you choose to do what you do, who you are, and what you would like to get out of the internship. Once you talk about yourself, they ask you to watch a couple of videos that talk about them and their mission. This leads into deciding what's best for you and them.
