Interview
It was standard as in most companies. HR, tech round, live coding, culture fit. All the rounds were paced well. Process was pretty smooth over all. The questions were all mainly blockchain focussed.

Question 1
Experience in blockchain technology and smart contracts.
Couple of coding rounds, a call with the India tech lead and a final call with the COO
Till the lead call, everything was good but the COO call was terrible.
The COO doesn't know how to talk to people, is very condescending and very rude overall. Would be a terrible boss to work for.
