We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Crestron Programmer to join our Engineering and Technology team. This role is responsible for developing, programming, commissioning, and supporting advanced automation systems for residential and commercial environments.

Position Summary
The Crestron Programmer will be responsible for programming, testing, deploying, and supporting integrated control systems. This individual will work closely with project managers, system designers, engineers, and field technicians to ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with Crestron programming platforms, a deep understanding of integrated technologies, and excellent troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Programming & System Development
· Design, program, and deploy Crestron control systems for residential and commercial projects.
· Develop custom user interfaces for touch panels, mobile devices, and control applications.
· Create and maintain SIMPL, SIMPL+, and C# programs as required.
· Program and configure Crestron Home and traditional Crestron control systems.
· Develop reusable programming standards and code libraries.
System Integration
· Integrate audio/video, lighting, shading, HVAC, security, surveillance, networking, and other third-party systems.
· Configure and troubleshoot IP-based control systems and device communications.
· Develop custom drivers and integrations when necessary.
· Ensure seamless operation between all connected technologies.
Commissioning & Testing
· Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance.
· Participate in system commissioning and project handoffs.
· Diagnose and resolve programming and integration issues.
· Support field technicians during installation and deployment.
Client & Team Support
· Provide advanced technical support for clients and internal teams.
· Assist with service requests and system upgrades.
· Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers throughout project lifecycles.
· Create and maintain programming documentation and as-built records.
Continuous Improvement
· Stay current with Crestron software, hardware, and industry technologies.
· Recommend improvements to programming standards and workflows.
· Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
Qualifications
Required
· Experience programming Crestron control systems.
· Strong knowledge of Crestron SIMPL Windows and SIMPL+.
· Understanding of IP networking fundamentals.
· Experience integrating audio/video, lighting, security, and automation systems.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to read system schematics and engineering documentation.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
· Experience with Crestron Home.
· Experience with Crestron CH5 and HTML5 user interface development.
· Knowledge of C# programming.
· Experience with DSP programming, video distribution systems, and enterprise networking.
· Familiarity with Lutron, Josh.ai, Control4, A/V video systems and other integrated technologies.
· Crestron certification(s) preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
