Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable AI Skilled Power Platform Developer to support and enhance existing Microsoft Power Platform applications while helping drive new AI-enabled workflow automation initiatives at our Auburn facility.

This role will focus on maintaining and improving Power BI and Power Apps solutions, developing workflow automations, and integrating emerging AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), Copilot Studio, LangGraph, and AI agent frameworks into business processes.

The ideal candidate combines strong Microsoft Power Platform experience with practical AI integration skills and the ability to understand operational and business reporting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Power Apps and Power BI applications
• Develop new workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools
• Build and support Power Automate workflows and integrations
• Integrate AI capabilities into applications and business workflows
• Develop and configure AI agents using LLM technologies
• Work with Microsoft SharePoint APIs and custom APIs
• Collaborate with plant and business teams to improve operational efficiency
• Support reporting, dashboarding, and business intelligence initiatives
• Assist with AI adoption and future workflow modernization efforts
• Provide ongoing application support and optimization
• Participate in technical discussions and solution planning
• Document applications, workflows, and AI processes
