Pinnacle Health & Life Group Tampa is looking for ambitious college students and early career candidates who want experience in sales, communication, business development, and leadership.
This is not a coffee run internship. You will be placed in a fast paced, performance driven environment where communication, discipline, coachability, and follow through matter.
For the right person, this can be more than a summer opportunity. Top performers may be considered for a long term licensed sales advisor path after completing the required licensing process.
What You’ll Be Doing
During the internship, you may be involved in:
Building connections and creating interest with new people
Learning professional communication and follow up
Helping manage appointments, calendars, and candidate or client conversations
Observing and practicing real sales conversations
Learning how a performance based sales organization operates
Developing confidence, leadership habits, and business discipline
Participating in coaching, training, and roleplay sessions

This is an in person opportunity based in Tampa, Florida.
This is a performance based internship opportunity.
Candidates who pursue the long term licensed sales advisor path must complete the required state licensing process before engaging in licensed insurance sales activity.
Access to a laptop or computer is strongly preferred for training and onboarding.
Business professional appearance is expected for interviews and internship activities.
Out of state applicants may be considered only if they are actively relocating to Tampa or able to work and train in person.
