DBC Production Worker is to ensure that the production process is carried out according to the goals set by their company's policies and Quality Standards.
Production Worker reports to the Team Line Leader. Team Line leader will assign appropriate personnel to cover for his/her duties. Production Worker reports to Team Leader who is responsible to cover all his/her duties in his/her absence. The Production Worker will report any Food Safety and Quality problems to Team Leader to initiate immediate actions

Production worker will receive the necessary job-related training with in the first month of employment by Team Leader; if the Team Leader is unavailable, the Shift Manager must complete the training. The Team Leader, with the help of Human Resources and the Quality Assurance Department, will be responsible for making sure that the Production Worker has received SQF, GMP’s, Food Defense, and Safety training.
The Production Worker is responsible for ensuring the manufacturing process of DBC product is carried out according to company policies and quality standards. This role involves monitoring equipment, assembling product parts (both by hand and with power tools), removing faulty parts, inspecting finished products, and preparing items for shipment. Maintaining a clean and safe workstation, adhering to safety guidelines, and meeting production deadlines are also key responsibilities. The position reports to the Team Line Leader, and any food safety or quality problems must be immediately reported to the Team Leader.
This position requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred certification for operating factory machinery and previous experience in a factory or warehouse. Essential skills include the ability to monitor equipment, identify malfunctions, use power tools safely, and demonstrate analytical thinking. The work environment is a climate-controlled, non-smoking factory with three shifts available. The standard work schedule is 10 days on, 4 days off, with employees receiving two breaks per shift. The role involves standing for extended periods and requires physical strength, stamina, and dexterity. Overtime and weekend work may be required.
