Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee Structural Steel Fabrication projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction management software, and a solid background in Structural Steel Fabrication and project coordination. This role requires a proactive approach to managing project schedules, budgets, and team collaboration to ensure successful project delivery on time and within scope. The Project Manager will play a critical role in liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring all aspects of construction projects adhere to quality standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of Structural Steel Fabrication projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Develop preliminary project schedules.
• Manage project budgets, contracts, and procurement processes effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation.
• Collaborate with clients to facilitate smooth communication and project progress.
• Utilize tools such as Tekla Powerfab, ProCore, Bluebeam, or other Similar construction software for project tracking and reporting.
• Monitor project timelines closely through effective project scheduling and time management techniques.
• Address issues promptly by coordinating resources efficiently and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong understanding of construction site operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Tekla PowerFab project management tools.
• Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts management, and construction estimating.
• Prior experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Strong skills in project scheduling, contract negotiations, and team coordination.
