Qualifications:

• Current CA issued Journeyman’s Card (Required)
• 6 or more years of electrician experience (preferred)
• Up to date with all NEC Codes
• Must have experience installing, bending and removing conduit.
• Experience with installing and replacing lighting fixtures/systems, switchgear, electrical panels, transformers, switches, pulling & terminating wire, circuit breakers,
• Ability to read, understand and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Physical Demands:

• Job requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, rain, snow.
• Able to work 8 -10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and overtime when required.
• Must be able to climb ladders and steep stairs, crawl, stand, stoop bend, crouch, kneel, sit, and reach
• Must be able to routinely lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and pushing and pulling of objects is require.
• Must be able to work at various heights up to 120 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and all types of ladders.
• Must be able to on a routine and repetitive basis walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basis.
• Must possess good vision (may be correct vision) and must have the ability to see in color
