At Viking Plumbing, we are on a fast-track to a $10M empire, and our bread and butter lives in water heating, re-piping, drain systems replacements, and complex trenchless sewer restorations. We need a Plumbing Project Manager who can navigate a high-level budget spreadsheet with the Operations Manager in the morning, and then comfortably drop into a trench to troubleshoot a complex manifold with a journeyman in the afternoon.

The Real Requirements (No Exceptions):

• Plumbing Experience is Required: Do not apply if your project management experience is purely in roofing, software, or landscaping. You must know plumbing systems from the street to the stack. If you can't spot a code violation or a lazy pipe slope from twenty feet away, you aren't ready for this seat.
• 3+ Years of Field Leadership: You’ve run crews, you’ve dealt with demanding homeowners, and you know how to command respect from a room full of plumbers without yelling.
• Margin Obsession: You understand that a beautiful job that runs over budget is a failure. You take personal pride in hitting our profit target by eliminating wasted labor hours and material slippage.
• The "Zero-Leak" Standard: You are the final gatekeeper of quality. Before a project is turned over to the client, it has to pass your inspection. If it’s not flawless, it’s not Viking.

The Mission (What Your Days Look Like):

• Own the Schedule: Work hand-in-hand with our Operations Manager and Dispatch Team to ensure the field team flows from one high-margin project to the next without missing a beat.
• Supply Chain Synergy: Coordinate with our Warehouse Manager (who is at the shop at 6:30 AM staging your jobs) to make sure your crews have 100% of the custom fixtures and specialty parts they need before they roll out.
• Lead the Masterclass: Participate in our weekly 45-minute technical and process training huddles. Learning and personal growth here are not an option.
• The "Wow" Factor: Walk high-end clients through their finished projects. You ensure their whole-home filtration system, or endless hot water tankless setup functions beautifully and looks like a work of art.
