Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish
- Meet regularly with clients to ensure complete satisfaction with progress
- Complete and review detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and Trade Partners to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project outcomes
- Participate in regular project status meetings and provide updates
- Complete material takeoffs, prepare material orders in advance

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Carpentry and codes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft programs and comfortable learning new software
- Familiarity with requirements management and product development processes
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong communication skills

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing plans, executing, and managing projects to ensure successful outcomes. This role is a combination of skilled carpentry and management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute project scope, monitor progress, and communicate updates to management. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction, excellent time management skills, and the ability to effectively manage resources. Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
