Job Summary
We are a rapidly growing, full-service sitework contractor with a strong backlog of high-profile municipal and government projects, including military installations. We self-perform sitework, utilities, light demolition, and concrete. Candidates must be able to pass government background checks. We seek a Project Manager with civil and utility expertise; concrete experience is a plus. You will oversee cost control, scheduling, and coordination with the superintendent, while acting as the face of the company, building trusted relationships with clients and vendors. Duties
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects using tools such as Primavera P6 and construction management software
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
- Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings to verify project scope and specifications
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained
- Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry tools for project tracking, estimating, and reporting
- Monitor project schedules closely through project management techniques such as critical path method (CPM) scheduling and resource allocation
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project scheduling, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Primavera (Oracle Primavera), Civil 3D, HeavyBid, Bluebeam Revu, and other construction management software platforms
- Hands-on construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety standards and site operations
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for effective project execution
- Excellent time management skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams including clients, contractors, engineers, and suppliers

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
