As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plumbing General Manager to lead our operations, develop our team, and drive strategic growth.

Position Summary

The Plumbing General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Aqua Inc.'s plumbing operations, including service, construction, customer experience, business development, financial performance, and team leadership.

This executive-level position requires a leader who can build systems, manage people, optimize profitability, and ensure Aqua Inc. continues to deliver the highest level of service to luxury residential, commercial, and government clients.

The ideal candidate is a proven operations leader with extensive plumbing industry experience and a passion for building a world-class organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Management

• Lead and oversee all plumbing operations across service, maintenance, and construction divisions.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop technicians, field supervisors, and office personnel.
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement employee development programs.
• Establish and maintain company standards and operating procedures.

Operational Excellence

• Manage daily operations to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, inventory management, and fleet operations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and improve systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Financial Management

• Manage departmental budgets and financial performance.
• Monitor job costing, labor productivity, and profit margins.
• Review financial reports and identify opportunities for increased profitability.
• Assist in pricing strategies and sales initiatives.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency.

Customer Experience

• Maintain Aqua Inc.'s concierge-level customer service standards.
• Work closely with Executive Agents and Customer Service Representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and service issues.
• Build long-term relationships with high-end residential and commercial clients.

Business Development

• Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Assist in securing commercial and government contracts.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Represent Aqua Inc. at networking events, trade organizations, and industry functions.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure all work meets Aqua Inc.'s quality standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
• Conduct regular field audits and quality inspections.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards.

QualificationsRequired

• Minimum 7+ years of plumbing industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams and projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and operational metrics.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred

• Experience managing service and construction divisions.
• Experience with CRM, dispatching, and project management software.
• Experience working with residential clients.
• Experience with government or municipal contracts.
• Florida plumbing license preferred but not required.
