Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated licensed mental health professionals to join our practice as Independent Contractor Therapists. This 1099 contract position offers licensed clinicians the flexibility to build and manage their own caseload within a fully supported clinical environment. Contractors will be responsible for providing high-quality, client-centered therapy services while enjoying the independence of self-employment backed by comprehensive practice infrastructure.
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking autonomy in their practice without the overhead and administrative burden of running a solo private practice.
Compensation Structure
Compensation is structured on a fee-split basis:
- Therapist retains 65% of all collected revenue from client sessions
- Practice retains 35% to cover overhead, administrative support, and infrastructure costs
- Compensation is paid on a regular disbursement schedule based on collected revenue
- No salary, benefits, or employment taxes are provided; contractors are responsible for all self-employment tax obligations
This split reflects the robust support infrastructure provided, including furnished office space, an electronic medical records system, and dedicated administrative staff
