We’re looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design, integration, and verification of our next-generation thermal imaging systems. You’ll collaborate with brilliant engineers in hardware, software, optics, and manufacturing to deliver cutting-edge imaging products used around the world.

What You’ll Do

• Define system architecture and technical requirements for thermal imaging devices.
• Conduct trade studies and develop performance budgets (NETD, MTF, latency, throughput).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to guide roadmap planning and technical trade-offs.
• Lead validation and verification testing for performance, reliability, and compliance.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for system-level challenges.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in systems engineering.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in embedded systems or sensor-based product development.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or equivalent system modeling tools.
• Experience with imaging sensors, optical alignment, calibration, or AI-enhanced imaging.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead in a collaborative environment.

Pay: $145,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
