Wisefolks Technologies of TX has openings at various project sites throughout the US: Design, develop and modify ETL processes for data migration. Develop and direct programming and create documentation. Review requirements and finalize software specifications by meeting with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and developers. Supervise programmers. Automate workflows. Perform performance tuning and enhancements. *Work is at unanticipated project sites throughout the US, with infrequent relocations. No other travel is involved.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related and 5 years of progressively responsible software development experience, including at least 2 years with ETL, Informatica, PL/SQL, DB2, Erwin, SQL Server, Netezza, Oracle, Sales Force Application and Unix. As equivalent, employer will accept a related Master’s degree and 2 years of software development experience with ETL, Informatica, PL/SQL, DB2, Erwin, SQL Server, Netezza, Oracle, Sales Force Application and Unix.

Project Managers
Responsible for managing the project plan, issues, analyzing risks, producing status reports and communicating them to stakeholders. Create and maintain project timelines/milestones. Maintain IRAAD’s and decision logs to track key decisions and impacts. Work in large, complex, matrix teams to manage project timeline, project scope and project/program financials. Lead internal review sessions to discuss issues and questions related to requirements documentation; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve issues. Focus on workflow analysis & design, business process reengineering, user interface design, and process flow modeling. Plan and direct the work of other IT professionals.
