Location:Remote
Pay Range: 85/hr
What's the Job?
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ServiceNow workflows to automate high-priority tasks and services across infrastructure, platforms, and operations.
- Execute the full software development lifecycle for automation projects, including requirements gathering, deployment, maintenance, and support.
- Create advanced automation scripts using JavaScript to address complex business requirements and develop custom endpoints.
- Collaborate within Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and service teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Implement secure coding practices and ensure all automation solutions comply with enterprise security policies and banking regulations where applicable.
What's Needed?
- 7+ years of extensive experience in end-to-end enterprise software development life cycle, including automation, maintenance, and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent background or experience.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow tools such as Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration, and MID Server configuration.
- Advanced skills with JavaScript and Glide APIs: GlideRecord, GlideAjax, ScriptIncludes, Business Rules, Client Scripts.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, ServiceNow CMDB Data model, and REST API integrations such as Ansible/Aria.
