Our culture is simple – “Do What’s Right” for our customers and employees. If we do this well, the business will take care of itself, and that enables the business to invest back into the communities in which we live and work.

The selection of our company name is purposeful. We wanted a name that was more than something that just sounded good or high-tech. We wanted our name to have meaning. Nexxis (when spelled correctly) is an “intersection, a grouping, or an important point”; Solutions because that is what we are about – providing solutions that make a difference. It is not about the “engineering” or the “technology” – it is about how the engineering and technology are applied by smart people to solve the hard problems and challenges faced by our customers.
