Other operations include Grupo Editorial Telecinco, which licenses and promotes Telecinco's programs, and in-house advertising agency Publiespaña. Mediaset España expanded in 2010 when it acquired Cuatro from rival media company Grupo Prisa. Italian media company Mediaset owns more than 50% of the company, which changed its name from Gestevisión Telecinco to Mediaset España in 2011.
