Interview
The interview was timed at 15 minutes. They upfront advised that they didn't even look at my resume and told me they would get back to me the next work day by exactly 5 o'clock.InterviewMost questions were situational. They asked me if I had confrontations with employees, what it was and how I handled it. They asked if I have advocated for diversity in my personal life or in my career. Skill set definitely does not come first with this company if you want to make it to the next interview. It definitely was the strangest interview I ever had.
