Pros

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Instrument (Portland, OR)
Interview
Perception: Informational interview Reality: Blindsided with real interview Not the best. Wasn't prepared (obviously). It started out fine. Made a connection through Linkedin initially and was able to land in informational interview onsite at the agency. Seemed pretty casual from the start but it changed the moment we started talking. Basically just turned into formal interview questions from the start and I wasn't able to ask anything. The interviewer seemed pretty entitled and privileged. What do you love about design?
