This is a good agency. In an industry that can be high turnover, they tout great stability and really care about their employees. They offer flexibility if you perform and great perks. They also care more about the bottom line billing vs your “dials and daily stats” like many of the bigger agencies. Management is great about adapting to your personal work style provided you are getting the job done which is refreshing. Highly recommend considering this firm if you are a staffing professional, a company looking to hire, or a candidate seeking employment.
Really can’t think of any except that because they are somewhat new to the market still (just under 10 years) you have to enjoy an entrepreuntial environment working here. Ever changing and they welcome input from staff about the growth of the business.
I applied online. I interviewed at MindSpring Partners (Chicago, IL).
I had one phone interview with one of the managing principles and then was brought into the office to meet with him as well as the owner, Gavin and another recruiter who I would work on the same team with. I heard back after a few days and was given an offer.
I could not negotiate my base salary or vacation days.
